Deadlines for Thursday Print PublicationClay & Nassau& St. Johns: 10 am Wednesday* Duval: 2 pm Wednesday* Notices requiring pre-publication proofs must be received by 2 pm Tuesday with a request for a pre-press proof. Any corrections must be received by Wednesday at 10 am. If no changes are received, we will proceed with publication. IMPORTANT: For time-sensitive notices (i.e., auctions, bid/RFP notices, public hearings/meetings, etc.), please adjust your ad scheduling requirements to coincide with the new publication schedule. * Ads requiring placement on a news page (away from public notices) must be received a minimum of three days prior to the publication date to reserve space. This deadline also applies to any notices requiring a map, table or other graphic. How to submit:Email your notice to [email protected] and reference the county in the subject line.
