In response to recent directives regarding COVID-19 – also known as Coronavirus – and its unforeseen impact upon the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) and its traveling public, JAA has instituted an electronic solicitation submission process which, as described herein, will be used for this solicitation.
This RFP is for interested parties to help in the management of the timberlands for the Jacksonville Aviation Authority. These areas are on three (3) of the four (4) airports in the JAA System. They include Jacksonville International Airport, Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport, and Herlong Airport (JAA reserves the right to include other areas within its Airport System if necessary at a later date). The Authority will utilize the results of this RFP to identify a Forestry Consultant and to negotiate a contract.
