NEW MONUMENT SIGN
This project includes: The construction of a new monument sign on a reinforced concrete foundation. The monument sign will be constructed using CMU and a cast stone veneer.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held in the JAXEX Conference Room, 855-1 St. Johns Bluff Road North #500, Jacksonville, Florida 32225, at 10:00 AM on February 11, 2025. There will be a site visit immediately following the meeting.
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that there NO SBE/DBE participation goals will be prescribed for this project. As a good corporate citizen JAA fully supports the usage of SBE/DBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBE/DBEs at every opportunity.
