SCOPE OF WORK:
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering, architectural, landscape architectural, planning, environmental assessment, geotechnical, surveying, environmental permitting, and other related professional services as may be required by the City of Jacksonville for miscellaneous improvements to existing and new parks located within the North Area, as defined in Section 2.3.1 – Location Map.
Typical improvements may include, but are not limited to, general site improvements; restrooms; playgrounds; lighting; landscaping; signage; sidewalks; multi-use paths and trails; basketball courts; fencing; sports fields; parking lots; new buildings; and building renovations or improvements, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
A detailed scope of services and negotiated fee will be developed for each individual project authorized under this annual contract and may include feasibility studies, conceptual design, final design, bidding assistance, and post-design services. Services will be authorized through the issuance of separate Purchase Orders clearly stating the scope and maximum fee for each assignment.

SCOPE OF WORK:
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for the construction of three (3) new Fire Station facilities: Fire Station No. 78, Fire Station No. 67, and Fire Station No. 77.
Services will include design-phase constructability reviews, construction contract administration, construction inspection, materials sampling and testing coordination, building permit and regulatory coordination, commissioning oversight, schedule and payment review, documentation, and warranty-phase services necessary to support successful delivery of these vertical, life-safety public facilities.
Fire Stations 67 and 78 will be delivered using a Design-Build method. The delivery method for Fire Station 77 is to be determined.
The selected Consultant shall provide qualified personnel with experience in vertical construction and life-safety systems to ensure the projects are delivered in accordance with contract documents, applicable codes, and City standards.
