The biological mother, Aurora Kathryn Rewis, is hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption of a child, named T.L.T, born on July 19, 2012, was filed on March 22, 2024, in the Office of the Clerk of Washington County, Indiana, located at 801 Jackson Street, Suite 102, Salem, Indiana 47167. The Cause # is 88C01-2403-AD-000010.
The Petition for Adoption alleges that the consent to adoption of the biological mother is unnecessary in accordance with I.C. 31-19-9-8(a)(2)A) and (B).
If Aurora Kathryn Rewis seeks to contest the adoption of the child, she must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with I.C. 31-19-10-1 in the above-named Court not later than fifteen (15) days after the date of service of this notice.
If Aurora Kathryn Rewis does not file a motion to contest the adoption within fifteen (15) days after service of this notice the above-named Court shall hear and determine the Petition for Adoption.
