NOTICE OF MEETING
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Ryals Creek Community Development District (“District”) will hold a Regular Meeting on May 14, 2024 at 9:30 a.m., at the office of England-Thims & Miller, Inc., 14775 Old St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32258.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider any business which may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meeting may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the District’s website, http://www.ryalscreekcdd.net/.

The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 98.28 acres for A single family subdivision known as Northview Subdivision. The receiving water body is Seaton Creek
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40C-1.1007, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O. Box 1429, Palatka FL 32178-1429 (4049 Reid St, Palatka, FL 32177) or by e-mail with the District Clerk at [email protected], within twenty-one (21) days of newspaper publication of the notice of District decision (for those persons to whom the District does not mail or email actual notice).
