Fictitious Name publication - $32.50

Pursuant to Florida Statute 865.09, effective July 1, 2009, businesses desiring to operate under a fictitious name (also known as a dba) must publish a public notice announcing their intention. This notice must be published prior to filing the fictitious name with the Florida Division of Corporations.

Your fictitious name notice will be promptly published in the Jacksonville Daily Record and a proof of publication will be forwarded to the address you provide. There is also a downloadable form that can be printed and mailed, faxed or delivered.

***Please note, the Daily Record publishes fictitious name notices only for entities that will be conducting business in the following Florida counties: Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns.
